Best Atlantic Short went to Ashley McKenzie’s 4 Quarters while Strange and Familiar: Architecture on Fogo Island, by Katherine Knight and Marcia Connolly, won Best Atlantic Documentary. A full list is online here, and the Festival itself goes on until Thursday.

(Via CNW) DHX has announced its new series for Family Channel: Savvy, aimed at tween girls and exploring what happens “when three very different girls, who feel like they’re drowning in a tidal wave of tutus, tiaras, and princess dresses, decide to take creative control of their situation.” Production begins in Toronto next month.
