(Via PRNewswire) The Actors’ Fund of Canada will now be known simply as The AFC, announces Fiona Reid, President of its Board of Directors. With the change, the group hopes to encourage support and raise awareness of its mandate — to provide emergency financial assistance to all who work professionally in the arts and entertainment industry.
