Alongside the form, you’ll need to pay any applicable submission fee, which is non-refundable and subject to change. After submitting the form and fee, you’ll upload your content for Nukhu’s consideration. It’s important to note that you can make multiple submissions if you have more than one piece of content you’d like to submit.
Ownership and Rights Requirements
When you submit your content to Nukhu, you must ensure that you own the copyright to all the materials included in your submission. This includes any music, clips, or other materials that are part of your work unless they are in the public domain or properly licensed.
Additionally, you must currently hold all worldwide digital and other distribution rights for the content you submit. If there’s a change in your rights status after submission, you are required to promptly inform Nukhu at partner@nukhu.com.
Nukhu’s Selection and Content License Agreement
Submitting your content does not guarantee that it will be accepted or featured on Nukhu. The Nukhu team carefully reviews all submissions to determine if they meet the platform’s standards and align with its mission. If Nukhu decides that they would like to feature your content, they will notify you and present you with a Content License Agreement. This agreement is key to understanding your relationship with Nukhu and what you can expect if your content is selected.
The Content License Agreement grants Nukhu the non-exclusive right to distribute, market, promote, and sell downloads of, and stream your content on Nukhu.com and other Nukhu-branded URLs. Importantly, you will retain your copyright ownership, but you will also gain the right to share in a percentage of the net revenue generated from your content’s sales and other exploitations on the platform.
Additional Requirements for Selected Content
If your content is selected and you agree to the Content License Agreement, Nukhu may request additional materials to help promote your work. These materials could include stills from your film, related press materials, a director’s filmography, or even a video trailer. These elements are crucial for marketing your content effectively on the platform, ensuring it reaches as wide an audience as possible.
It’s important to note that unless you sign a Content License Agreement, Nukhu will not use your submission for any purpose other than their internal evaluation. Your submission is secure, and your rights remain protected throughout the process.
