CBC says that a film about Attawapiskat will be airing in Sudbury tonight. The documentary, After the Last River, will be covering the connection between Northern Ontario’s First Nations community and thr mining company De Beers. At first the 500-hectare diamond mine was expected to help the community and deal with the housing issue; however, it didn’t. While some people benefited from the mine, the First Nation reserve ended up struggling.

Aside from a mining documentary being released, Brian Pempus has announced that a KidPoker Documentary is airing in Canada. The documentary tells the story of poker expert Daniel Negreanu as he grew from a simple player to a poker expert. With the help and support of his family, Negreanu starts out with little money, only to find it to escalate — and end up as subject one of the most emotional documentaries ever, as the hardships and amazing advantages of being the best are shown.
