Paranormal Activity: The Ghost Dimension – Great for the horror fan, mainly those interested in this series of movies. This one is about how a family discovers a mysterious video camera which alters their lives forever. Alter as in they discover the camera can film spirits moving and soon their little girl gets possessed.
The Last Witch Hunter – Sounds kind of like a horror but is more of a fantasy adventure. There’s only one last witch hunter who lives in New York, who must stop the newly reawakened witch queen and her deadly witch cult that plan to take over the human population. But he can’t do it alone, he has to team up with the most unlikely partner, a half-witch half-person. Seems intense and exciting. Plus it stars Vin Diesel. What more could one ask for in a fantasy adventure?
Jem and the Holograms – A young girl named Jem and her three sisters go on a journey of creating their musical destiny. Jem originally started out as a web sensation but became globally famous shortly afterwards. This isn’t within my personal interests considering how some Internet musicians tend to corrupt, but anyone who likes singers on journeys might enjoy this.
Rock the Kasbah – Sharif don’t like it, but anyone who likes a blend of music and comedy will. Telling the story of Richie Lanz as he takes his final client on a tour around Afghanistan. When she leaves in a state of nervousness, Richie is left alone in Kabul and must find another route home. While doing so, he meets a young girl and her own band, so he attempts once again at making a new superstar. Based on a true story, but I’m not sure how well it will do, honestly.
Remember – An action story about a man named Zev (Played by Christopher Plummer) who discovers, 70 years later, the same Nazi guard who killed his family and is now living under a new identity. That can only mean one thing: Go after the guy and get revenge. But will revenge really get you anywhere or solve anything? Seems like a fantastic action drama even if it’s just a basic chase story.
